Fudge-tastic :)

VERY quick post, due to the dancing a jig of joy being tiring ...

I've finally cracked the code to dairy free fudge - YAAAAAAHHHHHHH
 - an edible & tasty version that is.

I've done the 'so gritty it is like consuming a picnic in a sand storm' version and the 'so hard you could break your teeth on it' version and the 'what the heck is this meant to be' version lives on in the collective family memory, not for good reasons, I hasten to add.

But now I've achieved the 'this is scrumptious' version (quote supplied by one of the LeB boys!).

I'm too overcome with joy (& washing up) to type up the recipe right now, but will definitely do so later this week when I have stopped high-fiving myself ;)

(for those of you who are not 'old hands' at the diet - this is what you get reduced too!)

Would love your recipe for fudge. I have tried but the coconut milk burns before the fudge gets to temperature.

Hi Debbie,

All my new recipes (and there are now literally hundreds of them) including the easy fudge recipe, which has now been throughly tested by the LeB boys :) will be available soon, either in book form or for download via this website. A few will go out with the newsletters. I will post publication dates as soon as they are released :)

Best wishes

Marilyn
